Course Description

Overview This course extends beyond the subjects covered in the Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) class, delving deeper into the attendee's comprehension of the role by exploring the various stances of a proficient Product Owner. It is an interactive and experiential workshop where participants engage with topics through a series of exercises and discussions. To fully participate in and derive benefits from these exercises, students should possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Product Owner and practical knowledge of Scrum. While it is recommended to have previously taken the PSPO class, it is not a mandatory requirement. Prerequisites for Professional Scrum Product Owner Advanced Course The Professional Product Owner-Advanced course is an advanced course specifically designed for Product Owners and product managers who have practical experience managing or owning a product. It is also beneficial to Scrum Masters and stakeholders who work with Product Owners. It is particularly beneficial for those with at least one year of building products with a Scrum Team.
