Reach UsThe primary goal is to provide participants with a hands-on, immersive experience of the PI Planning process, enabling them to understand the roles, responsibilities, and collaborative flow of a real-world Program Increment Planning event within SAFe.
No prior experience is required. The simulation is designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced Agile practitioners, with role-specific training provided to prepare all participants effectively.
The course spans a full day (8 hours) and is delivered live online. It includes interactive simulations, team breakouts, management reviews, and collaborative planning exercises.
Participants will use collaboration and planning tools such as Miro or Jira for iteration planning and Confluence for documenting objectives, risks, and dependencies. Training on these tools is provided as part of the course.
