Refund & Cancellation

We offer 100% refund excluding the bank charges, if applicable on any cancellations within a span of 7days from purchase. Please mail us at accounts@advanceagility.com​. 

Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show, you would not be entitled to any refund. However, we value your time and money and offer to reschedule your training sessions by paying a $250 or ₹22070 rescheduling fee (please check the rescheduling policy for details). This fee covers the cost associated with rearranging and adjusting the training sessions. 

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling your training session with a notification of 3 days or more will not cost you any extra fee. However, a supplementary charge of $250 will be incurred if course sessions are rescheduled within 72 hours (about 3 days) of the training program. For any inquiry related to changing the time for your class please do not hesitate to contact us to our dedicated support team at contact@advanceagility.com

All  rescheduling requests will be accommodated only for training batches that are officially confirmed to run as communicated by our team. No alternative and custom date requests will be accepted.
