EU AI Act Compliance Bootcamp (EUAIACT)

The EU AI Act is the world's first comprehensive legal framework governing artificial intelligence. It officially became law in July 2024 and its enforcement has been rolling out in phases — with Article 4 AI literacy obligations enforceable from February 2025 and full high-risk AI system requirements mandatory from August 2026. Organisations operating in or selling into the EU and UK that develop, deploy, procure, or manage AI systems are now legally required to comply.

This 2-day live online bootcamp by Advance Agility cuts through the legal complexity and gives compliance officers, risk managers, legal professionals, product owners and business leaders everything they need to understand their obligations, classify their AI systems correctly, build a compliance programme and evidence readiness for audit.

Day 1 covers the foundations — the structure of the Act, the risk classification framework, prohibited AI practices under Article 5, and the Article 4 AI literacy duty. Day 2 is practical — how high-risk AI system obligations work in practice, transparency requirements under Article 50, documentation standards, how to implement an internal AI governance programme, and how the Act interacts with GDPR, NIS2 and ISO 42001.

By the end of this bootcamp, participants will be able to classify their organisation's AI systems, identify their obligations as a provider, deployer or distributor, and take immediate steps toward documented compliance. No technical background in AI is required.
