About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful execution across scope, schedule, budget, and quality parameters. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to apply structured project management methodologies in dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and close projects following PMI standards and best practices.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
• Conduct risk assessments, define mitigation plans, and manage change requests effectively.
• Lead status reviews, stakeholder communications, and governance reporting.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with strategic business objectives.
• Oversee vendor management and contract deliverables (if applicable).
• Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) for tracking and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and process optimization.

Required Qualifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI is mandatory (Other PMI credentials such as PMI-ACP, PgMP, or CAPM will be considered a plus)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing complex projects across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of project governance, quality assurance, and risk management frameworks.

• Experience in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or other PM tools.
• Prior experience in technology, consulting, or enterprise transformation projects.
