Water Reduction Strategy or Policy

Advance Agility Ltd – Water Reduction Strategy

Purpose

Water is a vital shared resource, and Advance Agility Ltd recognises its responsibility to use it wisely.
This Water Reduction Strategy outlines our commitment to conserving water, preventing pollution, and promoting sustainable water management across our offices, operations, and partnerships.

1. Commitment

We are committed to:

  • Minimising water consumption through efficiency and behavioural change.

  • Preventing contamination and ensuring all wastewater is managed responsibly.

  • Promoting awareness among employees, clients, and suppliers regarding the importance of water conservation.

  • Supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG 6) – Clean Water and Sanitation.

2. Key Actions

To meet our water reduction goals, we will:

  • Use water-efficient appliances and fixtures where applicable (e.g., taps, toilets, dishwashers).

  • Educate employees on responsible water use and promote conservation in daily operations.

  • Eliminate unnecessary water use, particularly in cleaning, maintenance, and catering activities.

  • Partner with sustainable venues and suppliers that implement effective water management practices.

  • Monitor usage (where possible) and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

3. Office & Operational Practices

Even though our operations are primarily service-based, we will:

  • Encourage remote working and virtual delivery to minimise water-intensive commuting and on-site needs.

  • Choose co-working or office spaces that demonstrate sustainable water management policies.

  • Support digital rather than printed materials to reduce indirect water use associated with paper production.

4. Review & Reporting

This strategy will be reviewed annually to assess effectiveness and to identify new water-saving opportunities.
Progress will be communicated internally as part of our wider ESG performance reporting.
