The Advance Agility Train the Trainer Program is a comprehensive, mentor-led course designed to develop individuals into certified SAFe Business Agility Trainers over approximately 3 months. The program guides participants through 10 structured steps including induction, taking the 4-day Implementing SAFe 6.0 course, exam preparation, passing the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) exam, shadowing and co-training with experienced trainers, refining training skills, and finally independently delivering SAFe trainings. Continuous support and mentorship are provided throughout and for up to a year after certification to ensure mastery and career growth in Agile training and transformations.
