Purpose

At Advance Agility Ltd, we recognise that transportation contributes significantly to greenhouse gas emissions.
Our Green Transportation Plan encourages environmentally responsible commuting and business travel practices, supporting our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and promoting sustainable lifestyles among employees.


1. Objectives

  • Reduce the environmental impact of employee commuting and business travel.

  • Promote low-carbon, active, and public transport options.

  • Support flexible working arrangements to minimise travel where possible.

  • Foster a culture of sustainability and awareness among staff.


2. Key Initiatives

To achieve these goals, we will implement the following measures:

Remote & Hybrid Work

  • Continue to support remote and hybrid working models to reduce travel frequency.

  • Encourage virtual meetings and training delivery wherever feasible to limit business travel.

Sustainable Commuting

  • Promote the use of public transport, cycling, and walking as preferred commuting methods.

  • Offer support through cycle-to-work schemes, season ticket loans, or carpool coordination tools.

  • Provide facilities (where applicable) such as bike racks, changing areas, and secure storage.

Low-Emission Business Travel

  • Prioritise train travel over flights for domestic business trips.

  • Encourage car-sharing and the use of electric or hybrid vehicles when travel by car is necessary.

  • Review travel needs regularly to avoid unnecessary journeys.

4. Review & Monitoring

This plan is reviewed annually to measure progress, assess participation, and explore new technologies or incentives that can further reduce travel emissions.
