About the Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lean Agile Coach with a strong background in Lean principles, Agile frameworks, and product development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding teams and leadership in adopting Lean-Agile practices, enhancing product delivery flow, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Location: Bangalore, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and mindset.
• Lead the implementation of Lean practices in product development, focusing on waste reduction, faster feedback loops, and value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile and Lean ceremonies including PI Planning, retrospectives, and value stream mapping workshops.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to optimize product development flow and accelerate time-to-market.
• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and recommend improvement actions.
• Support transformation initiatives and build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training sessions on Lean, Agile, SAFe, and related frameworks.
• Partner with leadership to align business goals with Lean-Agile execution strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years’ proven hands-on experience applying Lean in large, complex organizations.
• Deep practical expertise in:
• Hoshin Kanri (Strategy Deployment)
• Daily Performance Management
• Value Stream Mapping & Improvement Planning
• Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, Gemba Walks
• A3 Thinking, Root Cause Problem-Solving (5 Whys, Ishikawa)
• Strong facilitation skills — able to run workshops that deliver outcomes, not just ideas.
• Excellent communication and coaching ability across executive, managerial, and frontline levels.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hands-on consulting environments with multiple clients.
