Job Description
Advance Agility is seeking a freelance Salesforce Vlocity Trainer to deliver a focused training program to a cohort of 20+ professionals. The sessions will be delivered online throughout July 2025, aimed at upskilling professionals in OmniStudio and Automotive Cloud with hands-on, real-world scenarios.
Youāll play a key role in enabling our workforce to master complex Salesforce tools through interactive sessions and practical exercises.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and deliver clear, structured training modules on Salesforce OmniStudio and Automotive Cloud.
- Conduct engaging virtual sessions with real-time guidance and troubleshooting.
- Develop hands-on exercises and guide learners through industry-based use cases.
- Adapt pacing and teaching style based on feedback from participants.
- Ensure professional, inclusive communication in a remote training environment.
Required Skills and Experience
Proven experience delivering or implementing Salesforce OmniStudio and Automotive Cloud.
Strong command over:
- FlexCards
- OmniScripts
- Integration Procedures
- Data Mappers
- Standard Objects, Business APIs, Metadata, Action Plans, Segmentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver structured training online with confidence and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications such as:
- OmniStudio Developer
- Vlocity Accredited Professional
- Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
