Innovating sunk costs- Mostly the sunk cost which is unchangeable, unrecoverable, and independent is ignored in strategy as it affects only the future course of business. It is important while achieving the future change so irrelevant in change strategy.

Structuring and restructuring around value- It helps in guiding an organization to align development effort around the end to end the flow of value highlighting dual operating system as a benefit
