About the Role
● Has been part of a few departmental/ organizational transformations, guiding leaders and teams
● Ability to understand the agile transformation strategy, and gradually contribute to shaping it.
● Can clearly articulate an agile transformation strategy & the value created by it
● Can Interview leaders and teams to create a transformation backlog, and coaching needs
● Experience in Agile practices, Scrum, Kanban, Scaling using both horizontal techniques like teams/team-of-teams/portfolio and vertical techniques like value streams
● Experience in liaising with portfolio teams & businesses to clearly articulate their engagement in transforming the team practices, communicating it and gaining agreement
● Create & improve assessment templates, interview templates, surveys, coach roles specifications, etc. for a consistent approach, allowing specific deep-dives as necessary.
